Janae Russell

Janae is originally from London England. At GW, she is a sophomore in the Columbian School of Arts and Sciences and she is studying a double major in criminal justice and communications. Previous to SGA, she was Co-Freshman Representative for the Caribbean Students Association.

A fun fact about Janae is that she is on the GW track team!

What made Janae join SGA?:

"I joined SGA because I wanted to make sure GWU students especially those of minority groups were being adequately represented and heard. I also joined because I wanted SGA to be more connected to organizations and show support to them as well. I want all the organizations at GWU to know that they can reach out to SGA with concerns and if they need any assistance."
